I've stayed at this hotel several times and will choose it again in the future. The staff is always in a good mood and always smiling. The cleanliness and service in the rooms are very high. I'm happy.
One night stay, visiting Ponds Forge (3 min walk from hotel if you use the car park entrance under the tram line), booked 2 room package for family. Staff very helpful. One room didn’t have hot water in shower. Breakfast good. Would use again.
We really enjoyed our stay. Great hotel as a base for all the city exploring we did. Close to the centre and transport links like trams and buses. Clean and spacious double room with a fantastic view of Park Hill and all the trams. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was just what we needed.

I was helped promptly with all of my luggage by the staff when asked if i could get a hand. I wanted to use this review box to express how the housekeeping team, two ethnic ladies (one being the housekeeping manager) was very helpful, kind and willing to help me with anything that I needed so that things would be easier for me. They did a fantastic job of keeping the rooms spotless and comfortable, and despite my son vomiting on the floor and abit on the bedsheet, they reassured me that this was no problem while keeping a smile on their faces. They work hard and deserve recognition for this
I had a great stay at Ibis Hotel City centre, Sheffield. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, the rooms were spotless and well-maintained through my stay. A Big Thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping everything so clean and comfortable. It’s clearly they take real pride in their work. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended
First time staying here and will do again when in Sheffield. Clean, comfortable with discounted parking at a secure car park just over the road. The staff are helpful and engaging, they were good enough to arrange posting back a pair of glasses I had left behind.
Stayed following a work meeting. Hotel was easy to find and well located to the city centre. Food from the restaurant and breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well equipped. WiFi was good and suitable for work purposes. All in all a great place a stay
